TravelCall enables travelers to make affordable, reliable international calls using VoIP technology. Our services are delivered via the TravelCall mobile application and the web portal Visit your TravelCall Account .

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to create an account.
• By registering, you confirm you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use TravelCall only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• The Hong Kong Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA) regulations.
• Applicable international telecom, data protection, and consumer laws.

Prohibited uses include fraudulent calling, harassment, reselling, and spam.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments & Billing

• Payments are handled through Stripe on both the app and web.
• TravelCall does not store your credit card details.
• Prepaid balances may expire after 12 months of inactivity.

6. Call Quality & Availability

Call quality depends on your internet connection. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. Certain call data may be stored for regulatory purposes as required by OFCA.
