How long does onboarding take?
Usually less than 3 days for referral programs. White-label or deep integrations may take up to 2–4 weeks.
Do we need to handle payments?
No. TravelCall supports secure payments via PortaOne/Stripe integrations. Partners receive reconciled payouts if revenue-sharing is selected.
What support do you provide?
We provide partner onboarding, technical integration guides, marketing assets (QR cards, banners), and a partner manager for higher-tier agreements.

Effective Date: Upon acceptance

By joining the TravelCall Partner Network, you agree to the Reseller Agreement. This includes compliance with branding guidelines, commission policies, data protection, and the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

You must use only official TravelCall Partner Kits, respect data privacy, and follow all OFCA and PDPO requirements. Commission payouts are subject to a 3-month cooling period and a minimum of USD 100.

This agreement is legally binding and automatically renews annually unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
